Running Club is back for the Fall. We will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 12. I encourage runners to bring an extra pair of socks and/or shoes as the grass is very wet in the morning. Water bottles are an excellent idea as well. While we have had some oven-like weather recently, fall mornings can be cool. Bringing a light jacket or sweatshirt is a good idea.
