It was a humid and wet start to our fall season. The runners did a great job. They are working on pacing so that they are able to run longer without stopping. Again, I stress the need to bring extra socks and/or shoes. The grass is long and still very wet when we run.
In addition to extra socks and a water bottle, runners may want to bring a towel. Sometimes when we stretch, we get down on the blacktop and a towel can be a nice buffer between the runner and the ground.
